How can i lose 10lbs?

I am 13, 5'2", 99lbs but the thing is I look like I weigh 110lbs. My thighs are huge and my b***s are almost are 30B which is big considering my height and weight.

I know my BMI reads underweight, but I don't look underweight! In fact I have always been underweight since birth but I look perfectly healthy until now. My calves and thighs are huge like no other and I want smaller b***s (for now).

I only even asked a question on here that had my picture in it (I was asking if it was an ok Myspace picture) and everyone asked me how much I weighed and when I told them, they said that I was lying and I weighed at least 20lbs heavier.

How can I lose 10lbs quickly?

  3. hm.. you sound really concerned about your weight.

    Maybe it isn't as big of a deal as you think it is..

    we all have our flaws, but have you ever tried just embracing yours? Everyone is different, and it's good to just love what you have. It's hard but its true..

    All I can suggest is eating healthy and excercise, because that's what I do to keep my weight down.

    But just try to be comfortable in the way you look, it's probably not as bad as you think it is

  4. You don't have to diet now. this is not the right age. eat balance food, cut down chocolates, cakes, crisps  eat healthy and one thing i have learnt: excersise everyday 1 hour.

    if you follow this, come and call me again, i bet you'll have a smile of confidence and positive about your looks and your life. any excersise you like try them until you find something you love. there are plenty of excersises, starting from simple 1 hour walk after dinner every night. then, stop eating after 8pm, if hungry, eat apple.

  7. You really shouldn't be trying to lose 10lbs quickly in order to lose weight safely you should aim to lose 1-2lbs a week.

  10. Quickly? There is no such thing. Anything that you want in life needs to be earned or worked for. Firstly that is the mentality you are going to need if you really want to lose 10lbs.

    If its your thighs that need losing weight, either walk or run 30min a day, work out, and eat healthy.

    Anything else you try to do will not work.

    Don't start getting into the habit of caring what others say, people are ALWAYS going to say things for the rest of your life and you need to realize then when it comes down to it in a couple of years all of those people are going to go their own way and your going to be the only one left and hurting-- so when it comes down to it if you think you look perfectly healthy then don't give the idea of losing weight a second thought.

  13. k, here is the deal...  How you look has little to do with how much you weigh at this stage in your life.  One, you're growing so your body is retaining weight different places.  But a lot of your weight is going to be water weight.  So if you just want to lose ten pounds you could workout really hard to sweat as much as you can and then not hydrate afterwards.  That's really not good for you though and it's only a temporary fix.  Like a wrestler trying to make weight or something like that.  if you want to look like you weigh less, then forget about losing weight and focus on building lean muscle in the right areas.  If you lift weights the right way, you can get stronger, but not get bigger.  In fact, if you use low weight, high rep excersises, you'll actually slim down in the area you work out.  That's because lean mass burns more calories throughout the day.  So the places you have more lean mass the slimmer you'll look there.  

    If you ask me, your body is just going through puberty though, and so hormones are causing muscle development in certain places, and because it's not muscle you built by working out, it's not dense lean mass, but large and scattered mass.  

    Anyway, play sports and focus on sprints more than long distance running and I think you'll do just fine.
