  1. change your lifestyle for good...do cardio and toning exercises in moderation 5 days weekly and calorie shift your meals...for life!!its harder to avoid weight gain instead of losing excess weight,so its best that you stay active for good..


  2. Eat your regular foods but cut down on the quanity. Make your meals smaller and eat more times per day. This way your body can burn off the calories faster. Of course use sense and eat the correct foods. I usually stay away from sugars n caffene. Normal exercise or you can add a mild regiment of jumping jacks (3 minutes) three times a day. Eat cornflakes n oatmeal mixed with regular milk and a real fruit juice without added sugar,  the only foods I would add to your normal food consumption. you don't have to kll yourself r do some crazy diet to lose weight. have a good day.

  3. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your
