  1. you should NEVER lose 25 pounds in one week.

    its not healthy to lose any more than 2.5 pounds a week.

    losing weight takes time, and if you don't do it the right way, the healthy way, your just going to gain it all back...

  4. That is not possible. The most I lost in a week was 7 lbs and that was because I was very sick and couldnt eat.

    go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
