  3. A healthy weight for someone 5'3 woul be anywhere between 107 pounds to about 140. It depends on your body type.

    I would suggest doing about 40 minutes of cardio everyday and eliminating junk food altogether. Eat plently of fish, ditch the sodas/sugary juices and drink water, eat a lot of vegetables, grilled chicken, and fruit for snacks. Not only will you look great, but you'll feel tons better too!

    Drink water, water, water, and walk, you want to sweat, sweat, sweat.

    Modify your diet. Stay away from carbonated water, like soda of any kind... I will swell you up like you are pregnant Stay away from condiments, such as ketchup, mayo, mustard... The have sodium, they well swell you up. I eat wheat bread, lean meat (white), lots of fruit and veggies. No, sweets like cakes cookie candy, ice cream, only natural sweets like fruit.

    You will see a difference in just three days if you do this. I did it. It is hard at first, the first three days, but them you see the results.  When we practice something we become good at it.
