How can i lose 5 lbs before monday?

i really need to lose 5lbs before monday ill then be at my target weight,I'm in a slimming club and would love to lose the 5lbs to be at my target as there is a big party for all the women who get to their target.any tips please? thank you for your answers,much appreciated;-)

  3. Well for a start, as I'm sure you know, losing 5 pounds in three or four days isn't really that good for you and can damage your progress for weight loss in the future.  However I understand time limits.

    Firstly are we talking about losing weight or appearing to?  Before you're weighed on Monday you could make sure your bladder is empty, wear lighter shoes etc.

    With regard to weight loss, the only think I know of that might do it that quick is Jason Vales programme of juicing where you  follow the juicing recipes it recommends for a week and are meant to lose 7 pounds in that week.  However this would require the book and a juicer which take time.

    Perhaps just really cut low on carbs, as well as losing weight from fewer calories, carbs are what cause your body to store water so you may lose water which obviously bears a weight.  However if you have been dieting for a long time this may have no effect.  Additionally please note that carbs are what your brain needs to work, you may experience poor concentration if you do this.

    I hope you get to your goal in the end but rushing it can have metabolic consequences making it harder to lose weight in the future.
