Question:

How can i lose 5lb in a week or 2 weeks?

i am 16yo n about 5f 4 n i am going to newmarket to train to be a jockey but i weigh 9st 5lb and we have to be under 60kg so i need to lose about 5lb or half a stone if pros so i can be a little bit under the limit please help me !!!!!!!

  1. Drinking water through the day helps you lose weight. STay away from fizzy drinks and aftty foods and get some exercise and you should be fine.

  2. You need to eat healthy food and exercise.

  3. Breakfast : Regular portion, milk, no toast no sugar

    Lunch : Sambo: ham and mixed salad

    Dinner: whatever u want: dont over indulge

    No snacks, no chocolate, no ice cream, no sugar, some fruit.

    Also 30 mins jog or sit ups n star jumps.

  4. run 1 hour every day and eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. i lost 30 pounds in a month. most likey not healthy..lol.  in the begining i was running 7 miles on an eliptical but at the end of my weight loss i was running 12 miles. the more u do cardo the faster u will loose weight

  10. Excercise and healthy food intake is the solution for healthy weight loss. There are lot other options as we do see on TV but they affect your health. Take care of that.

  11. You have to go on a diet of protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a high protein dinner e.g. steak and eggs but at the same time you must burn 1000cals per day e.g. running cross triner, cycling or rowing. This will mean your net calorie intake will be -400 you'll lose pounds in days!

  12. I don't want to offend you but trying to lose weight at the age of 16 or anytime during puberty is terrible for your health. If you really want to lose weight eat less work out more.

  13. 5lb in two weeks is easy - 5lbs in one week if possible but harder.

    Just try to limit your calorie intake - but make sure you're still eating healthily.  also, drink lots of water and make sure you eat breakfast soon after you wake up to kickstart your metabolism.

    Try getting a bit of exercise too!!!!!

    I just lost 10lb in two weeks following diet and exercise although I am larger in weight than you.

  14. I've just lost 5lbs in 3 days with Paul McKennas weight loss system. He has a book out 'I can make you thin' maybe you could get a copy. Very easy to read and has a hypnosis CD in the back. It doesn't use any gimmicks either, that is why I'm recommending it.
