How can i lose body fat im 13 and weigh 146 and height is 5ft 3 in?

im 5ft 3in and 13 weigh 146 lbs and im starting to lose some weight. im exercersising like playing football and going to the gym, but i just need better advice.

  1. you should keep exercising. running is a fast way to lose weight too. eat a balanced diet. maybe while you watch tv you be doing crunches, push-ups, jumping jacks and other aerobic exercises so you are not just sitting. biking is also a good idea. dont give up! good luck.

I lose the most weight from cycling because you can do it for a long time keeping your body at a "fat burning" pace.  My car broke so I was doing about 20-25 miles everday but I looked amazing.  Running for me is too easy to get exhausted and I need to stop before I've really begun.  Also, jump roping is awesome.  It will tone your muscles which is as important as lifting weights to strengthen them.  In other words, it makes your strong muscles into strong and fast muscles.

    Also, cut back or give up soda.  I did this for 3 weeks until just couldn't take it anymore but I shed a lot of weight doing that. Just from those 3 weeks biking and no soda, I lost about 14 lbs. which is a good % for someone who is 145.
