  1. im the same way. sadly, i think we're stuck with it. the reality of being a woman... that and genetics. dont worry, i bet you look just fine :)

  2. Jogging is good, but you have to reduce your caloric intake too.  For example, before you start eating, separate off 1/4 of the food and eat the rest or until you're not hungry; and yes, you'd be wasting some food, but generally serving sizes are way too big.

    Also, check studios in your area for yoga, pilates, or core workout classes.  They're a great way to burn some calories while meeting people and toning muscles.

  4. Most people want an hour glass figure... it's where you have a tiny waist and proportional hips and bust. A pear means you have wider hips and thighs. To be honest, you can never really get rid of your shape. Let's say you get super toned.... you'll still have a shape similar to J.Lo. There's nothing wrong with it! Some men likes apples, pears, oranges w/e. It's all wonderful.

  6. How can you lose weight everyday of the week? Here’s a simple-to-follow plan to lose weight quickly every single day of the week! Before we start, here’re five ground rules about diet:

    1. Eat 5 small meals a day every 3 hours.  If you take few and big meals, you will tend to overeat. Instead, take small regular meals to increase your metabolic rate (hence lose weight) and you will also feel more energetic. But don’t go on a diet and eat less. The body becomes hypothyroid – your metabolic rate slows down and other body functions slow down to conserve energy and convert it to fat.

    2. Eat about 70% full. The stomach is slow in telling the brain you are full. By the time the message reaches the brain, you have overeaten.

    3. Take about one (palm sized) portion good carbohydrates - baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, or whole wheat breads. Take another equal portion of protein - chicken breast, fish, or turkey breast. Take as much vegetables and salads – they provide fiber and have little or no fat.

    4. Drink at least half of your body weight (pounds) in ounces. 1 glass of water is about 8 ounces. If you weigh 150 pounds, then you should drink 75 ounces of water, which is about 9-10 glasses of water.

    5. Avoid fast food as the meat is often de-natured. The body treats it as plastic!

    Now for the weekly exercise program to help you lose weight fast. It incorporates 30 minutes of daily cardio exercise.

    Mon:  walking, jogging, swimming, rollerblading or biking

    Tue:  upper body. Do at least two exercises from each set

    arms: curls, triceps extensions, pull ups, front press

    abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises

    chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover

    shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine

    back: seated row, pull downs, back extension)

    Wed: walking, jogging, swimming, rollerblading or biking

    Thu: lower body - legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges

    Fri: walking, jogging, swimming, rollerblading or biking

    Sat: upper body

    Sun:  Take an exercise break and eat anything you want!

  7. An hour glass body is the best thing to have, but if you really want to turn into a stick then do this. Just go on a walk 2 or 3 times a week for about 20-60 minutes. Take your cell phone or a walking buddy to make the time fly. If you have a dog its even better and you will see the pounds go away, and try to eat a little better. After you have been doing this for a couple weeks, start taking 2-5 lbs weights on your walks. It will help sculpt your body. Just start out slow and dont go insane dieting.

    So, get swimming or walking, do it 5 or 6 days a week for at least 30 mins.  When that starts to be easy, add something else, like weights workout.  I bought a small home gym which means I can workout when it suits me, rather than fit in with gym times.  Costs no more in the long run.  A small exercise bike is also quite cheap and good for fitness in the legs.
