Question:

How can i lose my top legs the thighs?

hi. im 16 years old. im a sophmore at high school and i do cross country. I run alot and i usually play volley ball after practice. I dont like looking at myself because i dont like my body. im 5'4 in a half and i weigh 136lbs. I eat healthy foods. I actually stopped eating junk food last year..such as icecream,chips cake,cookies,sodas etc. I try to loose more weight but i still have that little fat on the upper legs which will never come out. I need help. i do have muscles but there not skinny. Im pretty much athletic. Ohh and the last thing my neighbors(guys) they always make fun of my thighs "not cool" helpp!!

  2. lunges help, squats, stair climbing all good exercise for the legs try adding a weights to your workout. The more muscle mass you have the more fat your body burns. Alternate it with the cardio your already doing. Hope that helps, and remember to always change our your workout routine.
