hi. im 16 years old. im a sophmore at high school and i do cross country. I run alot and i usually play volley ball after practice. I dont like looking at myself because i dont like my body. im 5'4 in a half and i weigh 136lbs. I eat healthy foods. I actually stopped eating junk food last year..such as icecream,chips cake,cookies,sodas etc. I try to loose more weight but i still have that little fat on the upper legs which will never come out. I need help. i do have muscles but there not skinny. Im pretty much athletic. Ohh and the last thing my neighbors(guys) they always make fun of my thighs "not cool" helpp!!
