Question:

How can i lose some flab?

im 13, vegetarian and not really big, but i have extra flab on my thighs and stomach... (im about 5 feet and 100-102 pounds)... plus my family is worried about me getting enough protein, so what kind of foods have a lot of protein in them (other than meat and fish, obviously)?

  1. Soy beans. :) They are so good with salt. And exercise, obviously. Tae Bo is a good start with that. Oh, and you can get good microwavable soybeans at Costco. :))


  2. Do some sit ups every night until you see progress. Its the quickest way to get a six or eight pack.

  3. i have been a vegetrian for 2 months and a half and i think u should eat tofoo it taste good and  beans and nuts . but i am one of those vebetrians that eat fisk and rice   but i have some flab too ^^  i do wanna be one of those vegetrians that don't ea anythng that was a live but my momsays then it will be to hard to cook for u ( my whole family eats meat  besides me)

  4. Nuts, lentils and egg all contain protein, as well as dairy products (though dairy does not have as much)

    If you want to lose weight and get more fit, then this is the way to go:

    Eat as much watermelon as you can throughout the day. Drink heaps of water. Try not to eat junk or fatty foods either.

    Each night about ½ an hour after dinner or ½ an hour before breakfast, go for an approximately 15min run/jog. If you can, run with light weights in your hands, pulling them up to your shoulders as you go. You only really need to do this if you want fitness, though. (You should never really exercise within ½ an hour of exercising).

    In the first week you might:

    -Feel sick in the stomach. This is because you are flushing out toxins from your body. This will pass within a few days. You will be much healthier afterwards!

    -You may find that your weight stays the same or even goes up. This is normal. After a week you will feel and see the difference. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but don’t let this stop you from exercising!

  6. Any kind of cardio will help you out. Tennis, soccer, bike riding, or even just a bit of walking every day.

    As far as protein, there is egg whites, beans, peanut butter, tofu, soy, nuts and so much more. Google "protein rich foods".

    And also if you don't have enough protein your flab may not turn into muscles, which look lean and dont bulge.

    Replace tea with Green tea, will help you loose like 5-10 pounds. Many celebs do that...
