Question:

How can i lose some weight/feel more confident?

Im 5ft 3in and I weigh about 180lbs. I used to exercise 5-7days a week for 3-4hrs a day so I still have a lot of muscle which is why my weight is high. Ive recently lost some muscle and gained some weight. I don't have the time to exercise nearly as much as I used to but I'd still like to get my flat tummy back and lost some fat on my arms and legs.

What would be a good 30min-1hr workout to shed as much fat as I can?

And what would be a healthy eating plan to effectively lose the weight?

  1. In a matter of about 5/6 months, I lost 18 pounds.

    I have a mini trampoline which I jog on 20 minutes then went speed walking for 40 minutes, either that or another 20 minutes on trampoline.

    I ate breakfast, cereal or something.

    For lunch I had two pieces of fruit and for snacks either wheaten bread or fruit and for dinner I had basically and meal and at night another piece of fruit or perhaps a yoguort.

  3. I know it might sound girly but I got myself a mini trampoline that came with a training dvd. It also has resistance strings for your arms. I've always been athletic but I was worn out after ten minutes. And I could feel the burn.  

  4. drink green tea or chinese tea ok  

  5. run or jog it helps alot
