Im 5ft 3in and I weigh about 180lbs. I used to exercise 5-7days a week for 3-4hrs a day so I still have a lot of muscle which is why my weight is high. Ive recently lost some muscle and gained some weight. I don't have the time to exercise nearly as much as I used to but I'd still like to get my flat tummy back and lost some fat on my arms and legs.What would be a good 30min-1hr workout to shed as much fat as I can? And what would be a healthy eating plan to effectively lose the weight?
