  3. Practise in water to begin. When you do it ten times pefect, try out of water on a padded surface. Go for it!

    practice on a diving board in a pool,

    you may break a leg, or your face but you wont die! :P

  5. Doing a backflip takes a lot of bravery cause people have the fear of braking their head. Professionals had the same problems when they were starting but they didnt let fear get in the way. Because they lost their fear they r now pros. So a good way to get over the fear of doing a backflip is to either do it into a pool or on a trampoline. But before u try doing a backflip u have to know how to do one apropriately. Heres some advise, doing a backflip takes more then knowing how to do one it takes explosive energy. Give it everything u got and dont be scared to do one.

  6. do it on a trampoline first then do its without.

  7. get a good spotter and throw your self into the air.
