Question:

How can i lose this fat in my abdomial region?

i used to be toned but now i have a lot of fat in my stomach, and sides of my abdominals

no where else on my body is fat except the abdominal region so what can i do to lose weight or tone

i lift every mon,wed,fri and play basketball tues,thurs,and saturday

im wiling to do anything except like throwing up or starving my self

  1. Diet & Exercise is the only healthy way to lose fat.

    you cannot spot fat any particular part of your body.when you lose fat,you lose it from everywhere on your body.

    try cutting off the junk food,lay off sugar.

    sodium is really bad for you when trying to get a flat stomach because it will hold excess water in that area.

    Eat 5-6 healthy small meals a day,drink lots and lots of water.

    try exercising 5x a week for at least 30min.
