  1. you should work out your abs and to help speed up the process wrap plastic wrap around your waist like a few layers and start working out its amazing how much faster it works =)


  2. Crunches and ab exercises dont do anything for your stomach unless you run around aswell. Run to burn of fat, look at runners they have no fat on their tummys. RUN!

General dieting, just say no to sugar and fatty foods (Coke has 30% of your daily sugar in one can!), and try any kind of physical exercise like walking, biking, I would also recommend the Wii Fit, as I myself lost 15 pounds working out on it in just over 6 weeks. Just remember it can take time, don’t expect to happen in a few days!
