how can i lose the most amount of weight i can in a week without not eating at all.

i have a really important date in a week and im the kind of person that loses weight pretty quick but gains it quick as well. anyone have like a good plan to losing the most weight possible without being super unhleathy in a week?

    I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

    1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.

    2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)

    3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)

    4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)

    5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?

    6) Then when do I want to take action?

    Some solutions I can offer you for diet:

    Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice

    Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs

    Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

    If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...

  4. its ridiculous to set your body a time to lose weight. if all you lose is water and muscle ,then theres nothing to celebrate,you must lose only fat and nothing else!fat loss is safe only when it takes its own sweet time,so you have to work smart and be patient...muscle and water weight is too easy to lose but its NOT healthy to lose!hit the gym darling...

  5. I recently turned vegan and lost 10kgs in the first week :) ... now at a total of 25kgs in 2 months. It is impossible to be overweight if you are a healthy vegan (ie. don't just live off chips haha) because you are giving your body just what it needs, rather than the excess fat. Plus its better than any "diet" you will come across because you can remain healthy and get ALL the nutrients your body requires (yes it is a common myth that vegans are unhealty... most doctors are now recommending it), without all the nasty extras. Plus its easier and cheaper than eating animal products :D

    If you wana lose it quick AND keep it off, go vegan!!

  8. hav cereal n low fat milk for breakfast n basic supplements like vitamin C n Q10 to make u glow...take only oil-free, boiled veges without flavorings or seasoning n plenty of water for lunch and dinner....exercise for 30 minutes daily.....u will end up glowing n being healthy....

  9. Eat right, and exercise daily.

    What, you thought it was going to be easy?

    Don't starve yourself.  That's about the very worst thing you can do.

    Eat a healthy breakfast when you wake up.  Consider taking up running.

    Make sure you get enough sleep.  6 hours at the very minimum, 8 hours would be ideal.

    Ideally, you shouldn't lose more than a couple pounds per week.  Any more than that is unhealthy.

  10. umm just excersice daily, running is the best. eat right, dont over eat like junk food. try being a vegetarian for a week and drink only water, no soda or anything.
