    Join a gym, go for a jog each morning or do a sport...

    Also drink plenty water throughout the day.

  7. I emphasize that weight loss ALWAYS requires exercise and dietary changes.  I'm always skeptical and cautious when analyzing appetite suppressant / weight loss products. I'm also careful to make sure that I'm not advocating the kind of lifestyle where people just eat a bunch of junk foods, sit on the couch all day long, and then try to lose weight by taking a pill instead of taking responsibility. So I do want to emphasize that weight loss ALWAYS requires exercise and dietary changes such as giving up processed foods, animal products, refined sugars, refined grains, etc.  

    it is possible to lose weight without using any weight loss supplements. Just kick your rear into gear and get on that treadmill (or bicycle, or swimming pool, or even a dancing school if you like!). Stop drinking cream-and-sugar Starbucks coffee (which is more like a coffee-flavored milkshake, by the time you add up all the calories), avoid all animal products (milk, cheese, meat, etc.) stop drinking all sodas, and halt the consumption of processed foods. Make and drink your own fresh vegetable juices on a regular basis, eat lots of superfoods, get plenty of natural sunlight, and your weight will, in time, return to a healthy, natural balance even without supplements.

    Can supplements help? Yes, they can. But they don't absolve you of the responsibility for taking charge of your own body weight. No appetite suppressant is going to cause you to lose weight if you keep cramming fast food, junk food and processed food down your throat (I know, I used to be nearly obese). I dropped 50 pounds of body fat through exercise and eating right, and I've stayed at a healthy body weight for eight years.   8. Ok, well first of all you probably arent fat. Most girls who want to lose weight aren't but i know that is not going to change your mind.

    The first thing most people dont know, is that eating just a tiny bit of food will not help, because then your body will think its starving and make all food into fat. Eat at least 1,500 calories a day. Anywhere between 1,500 - 2,200 is healthy if you want to tone up.

    The main secret is cardio. Thats running, jump roping, ect. If you can just run one mile everyday thats an extra 700 calories a week that you are burning. Eat plently of food, but make sure it is healthy - and go jogging just for 1 or 2 miles as often as you can.

  9. i know adios works because some people i know used it and it worked they lost some pounds. or maybe you should go to the gym. Go swimming or exercise  some how. Eat heathly don't oily foods too much or sugary stuff. Eat fruits and vegatable and drink water instead of fizzy drinks
