How can i lose weight without eating?

I weigh 110 but i need to lose about 5 or 10 pounds. I only eat a small portion of food each day but what excericises should i do to lose weight? is riding my bike gonna help!? I JUST NEED ADVICE AND I DONT WANT TO TAKE ANY PILLS OR SURGERIES!

  1. join a gym, push ups, jumping jacks, go jogging, yoga, eat healthy food, run on tredmill, lift some weights
