How can i lose weight?except for exercising.?

I eat lunch and dinner(everyday) and snacks.my stomach is always big after i eat one meal or yeah.how can i lose weight?i don't have time for exercising so yeah.please help me!:):):).:D:D:D.thanks in advance.:D:D:D

  4. you can eat rice and meat.. but in moderation. :D maybe have snacks in between breakfast and lunch... like pears or apples.. and yes.. Mitchie A. is right.. DO NOT skip breakfast.. and try to exercise like only twice a week.. ;)  

  5. I'm sorry...but its almost impossible to lose a lot of weight without exercising..

    Unless you sleep very very very late, and wake up at around dinner time to just eat one meal. Which is also a very bad idea.

    Well, depending on the portions of your meal, I think EVERYONE's stomach swells a little after a normal meal...O_O"

    If you want to do this without exercising, then eat less. Make your lunch, dinner, and snacks low caloried. Salads, smoothie, etc.

    Exercising would make things a lot easier if you ask me. All you need to do is contribute at least 30 min to an hour a day...Running, jogging, biking, hiking, pilates, yoga, tennis, swimming, etc. They all help.

    Drinking green tea may boost your metabolism too, but I think it works better with exercise...

    Muscles eat up calories. The more you exercise, the more calories you will burn by just sitting.

  9. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    or don't eat that much. I mean like, you should eat breakfast cause that is the most important meal of the day. Then like half cup of rice during lunch and during dinner you could eat anything but not too many. You should always check the calories thingo from now and then. ;;)

  12. What happened to breakfast, the most important meal of the day. You breakfast like a king, eat anything you like. Lunch should be moderate and dinner just a snack. And no snacking in between! How big are your meals and what do you snack on? Fruit, nuts and veges, I hope. What type of work do you do? Something physical or just sitting down? Make time to find some exercise, walk at least 30 min every day.At least park your car some distance away from where you need to go and walk up and down stairs rather than catching the lift. Don't eat junk food. You need to have a good look at your life style.
