  1. It is very possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but you need to be healthy about it.

    First cut down on your sugars, switch to sugar-free items.

    Drink 8 glasses of water (its for your metabolism and will make you pee alot the first couple of days).

    Eat at least 4 times a day small meals enough to satisfy you but not fill you up. ( Probably want to stay around 1800 calories a day but it's not set in stone)

    Lastly and most important, you MUST have at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular excercise each day for those 14 days. Now this exercise is walking, jogging, aerobics, riding a stationary bike, it has to be something that you will do for at least 30 minutes straight. It takes 18 minutes of cardio to start burning calories so get out there and get er done!

    ps you will want to keep your cardio to about 3 times a week to keep the weight off


  2. Its not healthy to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. Plus it's easier to start gaining it back easier when you've finished. Lose 10 pounds over a couple more weeks.  It's healthiest to lose 1-2 per week. What's the rush? You have lots of time to have a better lifestyle!

    This diet requires commitment:  

    The Soup Diet

    Ingredients:

    2 Lbs of carrots

    3 Green bell peppers

    2 Stewed tomatos

    1 Bunch of celery

    Fat free soup mix and fat free chicken of beef broth

    2 Large green onion

    (You may also include, boullion, mushrooms, cabbage, and brocolli)

    Preparation of soup:

    Cut all vegetables in medium (bite size).

    boil broth and water then add vegetable and cook for about 10 minutes.

    Day 1:  Eat soup as many times that you are hungry along with any fruits. (Watermelon and canpalope are the less in sugar)

    Day 2:  Eat soup as many times that you are hungry along with any vegetables

    Day 3: Eat soup as many times that you are hungry along with fruits and vegetable. For dinner you may also eat a baked potato with butter

    Day 4: Eat soup as many times that you are hungry, and eat alot of bananas and milk.  (Your body will need sugar)

    Day 5: Eat soup as many times that you are hungry, today you may have beef or chicken with tomatos.

    Day6: Eat soup as many times that you are hungry, more beef or chicken

    Day 7: Eat soup as many times that you are hungry, with fruits and vegetable only.

    Drinks only unsweetened teas or juices, and alot of water about 6-8 cups per day.

    If you do not cheat you will find yourself 5-7 pounds less by the end of the week.

    This soup helps to clean out your digestive system plus it gives you the vitamins your body needs.

    But if you are loosing to many pounds then stay off the soup diet.

  5. This is not healthy for long term, but it can be done. 10 pounds in 14 days. This equal around .71 pounds per day. I started by getting some all natural multivitamins, take two in the morning. I then got some Organic Flax Seed Oil Capsules 1200mg, I take 3 in the morning. and I got some Vitamin E 1000 I.U. , I take 2 in the morning. Fill your diet with fiber. I use pork and bean. it has 21 grams of fiber per 15 oz can. Eat a can of pork and beans for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, for a total of 63 grams of fiber a day also divide you weight in half and that how many oz of water you need to drink per day. do this for 14 day this will clean your colon which is very important. No junk food, meats, or starches only fresh fruits between the pork and beans. Walk (for real or treadmill) for one hour a day on a good speed but you do not have to run. After your 14 day clean out you should be 10 pound lighter and then you start eating normally(never over eat). But continue will all your vitamins, Flax seed oil,Walking, and Water and you will feel like a million bucks. Wise you the Best. STAY MOTIVATED

  7. i actually pulled that off before by drinking green tea and eating nothing but salads with fat free dressing, its boring but it works- stay away from beer! if you must drink, drink bacardi and diet coke

  8. loosing it so quickly is not healthy and means there is more chance you will just put it on fast again.  I dont see how loosing it so quick will give you a better lifestyle either!

  9. Permanently losing that much weight in so little time is so unrealistic.  The only way you can permantly do that is cut both arms off.
