How can i lower down my body fat percentage?

im 19.. 5'6" and i weigh 54kgs.. i have about 21% body fat.. i know its in the normal range but i would still like to get it to a lower side.. i still got lots of fat around my stomach, back, thighs etc.. any ideas how to go about it?? i have a frnd whos an inch taller to me but she has a hot body but weighs 60kg!!!! does that mean she has a very low fat % n more muscle??

  2. you need to do firming/tining exercise, regularly for a while

    and also some people just naturally have 'better' bodies than others- as you arent overweight, ask fyourself just how important it is?!

  3. Since you are in normal range there is no need for anything extreme.One of the best ways to tighten up easily and naturally is to walk 3 miles a day.You can break it up 1 mile in the morning and 2 at night etc.

  4. only eat 4 200 calorie meals a day, only drink water when ur thirsty, eat very little or no red meat and eat lots of raw veggies.

    Sit ups are the easiest way of loosing stomch fat. To burn fat on ur thighs go cycling or running.

    just stay healthy and fit, take up a new sport maybe

  5. I think you are being too hard on yourself. Your body fat percentage is really good. Unless you want to look like a fitness model, you don't need to go any lower. You can't have LOTS of fat at only 21% body fat.
