Can anyone suggest me any software that enables me to call any US or any global number for Free from my PC?

Use Skype..but first you & your contacts should download and install Skype into your computers. Once done, you can chat and see each other thru Skype for free (both of you must be online to do that). You can also call your friends on their handphones or landlines but that will incur a charge.

Get skype and buy a skype internet phone (VOIP) I have an HP IPAQ 510 it's a smartphone also allows me to use internet calling. Google it and it'll give you all the details you need.

Skype is a good way to go, but the person receiving your call has to also have skype and to call land line phones you have to pay.

iCall on the other hand looks very similar to skype, but is free to call land line phones.
