How can i make a MMS for my psp?i already have the pandora battery(hard mod)?

i have tried PSP grader nd stuff like that.it doesnt work with my computer.i have windows vista if that helps anything.but is there anyway that i can just get the files sent to me so i can copy and paste them to my memory stick?i have tried so much.nd i have worked on this for hours.but i have 4.01 nd i would like pretty much any CFW(newer tho).thanx alot.

im not sure if you can make a MMS on vista. heres a vid that shows how to make it but it clearly states that it will not work on vista. try downloading the files and creating the MMS on a separate computer with xp installed. i followed this vid and it worked with me
