How can i make a batter for my hotdog?

Get a box of Bisquick , measure out about one cup,add enough milk to make a thick batter ,add1/2 teaspoon salt, wipe hot dog with paper towel dip hot dog in batter , shake off excess ,then  fry in hot oil ! You can also use beer instead of milk if you wish either way it is good  sometimes I add a little corn meal  to batter for a corn dog taste

Bisquick batter is good but try some flavored pancake mix.  This is excellent on fish, shrimp, and hot dogs too.  I made some for hot dogs a few months ago after the kids suggested it may be as good as the fish we made the night before.  Try it.
