How can i make a beverage that looks and feels exactly like blood and tastes decent.?

I need a recipe that makes a drink that looks like blood.

Im not just talking about a red drink, im talking about a drinkable liquid that if splattered, or in a glass, could fool someone into thinking it was real.

On top of that, it has to taste decent. It doesnt have to taste great, but as long as it will be comfortable drinking large amounts.

And the last thing, it has to be safe to drink in large quantities(of course).

All this is for a play/movie thing that im doing.

bloody mary..grouse but there drinkable. red koolaide prlly would look to fake but maybe if you made it thick with ice. idk thats hard

tomato juice or v8 and add more red food coloring,,,, also maybe thin some tomato soup with with water and add coloring to ur color of  what u like

corn syrup.......it looks like blood and has the same consistancy. thats what they used in some scary films such as carry. but i wouldnt drink it in large quantity because it is a potent sugar. you can find a clear drink you like and add food coloring. we did this in my preschool for haloween. mix red and brown. it will make a nice crimson color.

i would say wine..(they have non-alcoholic)

in the lost boys micheal drinks what he thinks was wine but it ended up being vampires blood.
