  1. Without touching the interior... hmmm  Start with a crash diet, lose about 50 pounds, and you'll see about 3 extra horsepower there.  Next, switch to light alloy wheels.  That'll give ya an extra 3 or 4 horsepower.  Keep your car clean, as dirt effects the airflow over your car (ever wonder why a car seems faster after a car wash?)  That'll buy ya an extra 2 horsepower.  Stay away from 'super filters'  they just eat up your MAF.  Good Luck

  2. get a full carbon fiber body kit, lighter exhaust, bbs rims, etc will definately make your car a lot lighter.

  3. You should have gotten the Nissan GT-R. It costs about the same and is far, FAR faster than the M3 (faster than a Ferrari Enzo, for that matter), and performs much better, all while being just as luxurious and comfortable. With that car you wouldn't have to be so concerned about your weight! BMW M3, what a mistake!

  4. Carbon fiber hood, roof, and trunk. Buy lighter rims and thinner profile tires. In the trunk, take out all of the lining.

  5. A good way is to of course have a clean car.  Dirt does weigh it down.  Another thing is you can take your back seats out if they are hardly used.  I have seen some people go as far when racing them taking the carpet out.  Use light alloy rims, if you dont use the A/C take the compressor out, that alone weighs a good 30 to 40 lbs.  You could do carbon fiber body parts.  Carbon fiber is so light and if you can get body kits which I know you can for a price, it will help out a lot.  Remember, for every 10 lbs you take out you gain 1hp.  Have fun!

  6. Well I like to use old 2lb forged aluminum wheels.  They are pretty rare these days most wheels are cheap and heavy.  Cross drill the rotors maybe 2 lbs there (BIGGER holes).   Yeah yeah yeah the carbon fiber route too. Change the exhaust, stock systems are quite heavy.  Keep it clean get all the dirt and oil off the car  that really can add up.  Yard out all the ABS stuff that's pretty heavy as a whole system. Some lighter calipers is a good thing.  I'm sure since your a looks person you don't want to remove your ac system that pretty heavy too.Take the spare tire out and jack.  Lighter batt.   Remove all the pretty covers under the hood for 2 or 3 lbs.  I've seen guys remove side impact bars in the doors.  Light weight flywheel if its a standard.  Get a hotter girl.  I know you said without touching the interior but there is a lot of sound insulation you can rip out it adds up. Remember the lighter you get the more unstable you will be on a standard bumpy highway.  DO you really want to be a Honda driver.

  7. Remove the muffler, remove the doors and panels.  Removed the side windows and remove the bumper covers.  Install carbon fiber hood and trunk.  That should save you a good 200 lbs.  Or better yet, remove your passengers and go on a diet, you'll lose even more that way.
