How can i make a cardboard car?

Do you mean for a kid?  I made one for my cousin's kid with a large cardboard box and used paper plates for the steering wheel and the tires (they were just stuck to the sides and didn't actually support the car, of course).  He went apesh!t and played in it for days.

First find a large box like one from a refrigerator, they tend to work the best.
