my friend recorded a dvr movie for me now how do i get it on my computer to burn to a dvd?which program do i need?

you just need to have a dvd drive, not just a reader but a burner on your computer. just put it in and a box should pop up that ask what do you want to do and you choose make a copy.  very simple to do if you have the right type of dvd drive on your computer
