How can i make a digital scrapbook for free?

For free?  I don't know but if you have access to Costco they can do wonders for you.  I recommend their work

First you would need a good photo editing program like Paint Shop Pro and then you'll need to familiarize yourself with it.

Then you can join a group or two on learning how to do digital scrapbooking on yahoo. (Just go to the yahoo groups home page and type in learn scrapbooking with PSP or your chosen program)

Then away you go.

There are also a lot of tutorial sites online that teach you how to make scrap kits and all that.
