  1. 4-6 ripe bananas

    2 ripe mangoes

    1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)

1/4 cup orange juice (or milk)

Arrange the mango cubes and banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet; freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Place frozen mango and the remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.

  2. i sometimes use ice-cream?    (:

  3. hmmmph well if theres no yogurt left for my smoothie i usually add a drizzle of honey and ice creammmm!!!!!!!!!!!!

hmmmm add mangos, banananas, ice, and a sprinkle of sugar, no need to make it complicated altho if u have honey or ice cream USEE ITTTT

  4. you dont need yogurt I dont use it when I make my smoothies.  it does make it creamier but you certainly dont need it.

  5. Mango Smoothie

      Yield:  1Ingredients:

    Mango Smoothie

    1/2 mango, peeled and pitted

    1/2 banana

    1 cup orange juice

    1/3 cup raspberries

    1 tbsp honey

    Directions:

    Mango Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth

    This one is my favorite!

    Ingredients:

    Marnie's Mango and Banana Smoothie

1 cup orange juice (250 ml)

1 cup quartered frozen mango (250 ml)

    2 fresh bananas, sliced

    Directions:

Pour the orange juice in the blender. Add mango and bananas. Blend until smooth.

  6. Just toss in the Bananas, mango, ice and some milk OR the OJ.  Do not use the OJ with the milk, because it will cause the milk to curdle.  If you want to use sugar, that's fine, but you shouldn't need any because the mango and banana are sweet enough on their own.  Healthy = no sugar.

I often just do mine with juice, fruit and ice.  No milk, so yogurt, no nothing.  Or, I might use some soy milk.

    Enjoy!
