use bleach and put some red and orange shirt or anything with it while you put it in the washing machine.

Slit some holes down the sides, get some dye

cut the sleeves off there you go

Or if you want to go all natural.. You could get some tomatoes and some oranges and stopm them onto the shirt..lol...
