you could show how stores (grocery) put things at different levels  the higher priced things are at eye level.  How end caps are set up to get the attention as you walk in and how the music played effects what you buy. Go to several stores and see how they are set up (all just alike)  show how flyers are sent out with one thing on saleso you will buy others like ice cream cones and sauce are next to/
