How can i make a snake trap?

i want to catch some snakes and i was wondering if there was a way to catch them alive with some stuff i have around my house and what do snakes go crazy for that i could bait the trap with

Im not sure why you would want to catch a snake. It is not a very smart thing to do, if you want one as a pet go buy one from a pet store and make sure you do your research on what it takes to own one before you do. Leave the wild ones in the wild.

Snake traps exist but rarely work. You might try to set out cover-boards and check under them every few days.
