How can i make a spark with copper wire that has a current running through it?

  1. open the connection, you may get a small spark. If you had a large inductor in the circuit, you could get a larger one.

  3. Yes, as Billrussell42 said it correctly, break the circuit open.

    For an inductor, the equation is V = L (di/dt).

    So when you break the circuit, the i has to come to a sudden stop, that is, di/dt is very large.  So you can generate a large voltage, hence a spark.  Every wire has some inductance.  If you wind the wire into a coil, you will make the circuit have more inductance.  Notice that the formula gives that having a large L (inductance) helps generate a larger voltage.
