How can i make a template of oval shape( ellipse )any size?

Use the 'pins & string method.

Put two pins in your material at the foci of your

intended elipse.

Fit a closed loop of string over the pins and stretch

it tight with your pencil or scriber.

Move the pencil or scriber, keeping the string tight.

The curve it follows will define your elipse.

make it on paint (there is an oval on the left side, click and drag) then print it out
