How can i make a vanilla chai latte at home?

i lovee these lattes but i dont know how to make them at home. i dont have those fancy machines for mixing the drink or anything so is there an easier way i can make the vanilla chai latte?

They make a vanilla chai creamer (I'm not sure if it's coffee mate or international foods, in the refrigerator section of the grocery store) that you just mix into regular tea, that would be the easiest way.

I personally use Lipton spiced chai tea bags and french vanilla creamer.

There are Chai Latte mixes on the coffee aisle at the grocery store, along with Torino syrups for coffees.......
