How can i make a video look like this?

i have no idea how he does it and ive been wanting to make one like this for some time

The video Looks like its recorded or edited and put at 15 fps.  NTSC Video is recorded at 29.97 frames per second, film is 30 frames per second.  If your camera has a setting where you record at 15 fps then it will look jumpy and fast. Or you can use editing software to cut out frames and make it look the exact same.

you can either choose to do stop-motion (still pictures all put together in an editing program) or you can use a lower frame rate like 12-18 fps and it would look choppy cause it's playing faster than the speed it was recorded at.  Or you can record the whole thing regularly and cut out frames in an editing program (extremely time consuming).
