How can i make a web logo for...?

I am trying to make a logo for my blog, but i can not find any software that i can make one with. Any one have any free software? i just need to make a sport logo specifically about soccer. So if anyone, anyone! can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever tried designing it using MS-PowerPoint? They have a drawings toolbar and you can easily edit, crop, cut, and paste your changes.

You can also edit the different kinds of shapes you like: oval, circle, rectangle, etc.

Lots of features in MS-PowerPoint. After you've done it, then you can save the MS-PowerPoint slide as a .jpg so that the image can then be used for your sport logo.
