How can i make custom Myspace layouts with Photoshop CS3? ?

I was wondering how i can make those pretty Myspace layouts using Photoshop CS3..i think they're called DIV layouts.

Do i need another program other than CS3 to do so?

  2. i assume you dont even know how to use photoshop and dont know html/css

    YOU NEED TO KNOW HTML/CSS FIRST!!
