How can i make different shapes out of cream in coffee??

this place in Dubai, Central Perk, makes this really good coffee which has thisnlittle heart shape made out of cream, floating on the top of the coffee. its on their site 2.

I have a very pointed, small spoon (I think it is a kids sundae spoon), I put a small amount of cream in it and draw.  It actually is quite easy.  I make hearts, smiley faces, stars, etc.  If you have a squeeze bottle, that could work too.

you can use a knife to make shapes once you "drop" a little cream in.

In order to make this "coffee art", you have to steam the cream to the right consistency (you have to steam it to a certain temperature, I don't remember what) and then you have to pour it right in and as you get to the thick foam on the top you have to tilt the cream right in order to make the desired shape. Its kind of difficult but really cool if you can get it to work! :D
