How can i make english defult lenguage in MS word 2003.?

I want to make english by default lenguage in Micro Soft word 2003. Means whenever i open the MS Word new Doc the Arabic Language shows over there and i have to change every time in english.

Next time, when you're in that Language dialog box selecting English as the language, click the Default button at the bottom of the box.  That will make English your default language for proofing.

open "Regional and Language Option" in control panel

at "Regional Options" tab change language to English...

thats it...
