Question:

How can i make friends at a new job?

I am starting a new job hopefully soon and i want to use this as an opportunity to make new friends, like ones i can go to the club and stuff with. My problem is that i am 22 and i have no idea how. usually the people i work with are much older than myself so it like hanging out with my mother. pleease help.

  1. try giving them head thats what i do!


  2. conversate with them. that's your job and you would have to face them so just make the best of it let them see you for who you are they might be the coolest and nicest people you ever met. you might look forward to work and your day might go by faster

    start a conversation by asking a question about the job

  4. Ask for a tour of the building and to meet some of your co-workers. Keep an eye out for some people your age and try to remember their names. Then later on, either stop by their office or email them and ask if you could join them for lunch or something.

    I work for a decent-sized business. I'm only an intern, but there are LOTS of old people here. I have been designated as the "intern captain". Thus, I email all the new interns all the time and invite them to lunch. We eventually get a big crowd going of about 8 or 10 of us that eats lunch together every day.
