i am a soft more in high school and am currently in the jv team. i want to play varsity but it pretty much comes down to size, I'm about 5'10'' and like 135. so I'm really not that big, i play safety/connor back, and I'm a pretty good tackler but i want to get better to make it on varsity. i have the technique down for tackling but can only make hard hits on kids my size. Does anyone know any exercises i can try to make me a more powerful hitter, like, workout routines?
