she's a far from my city and i only meet her when there is badminton tournaments.it's hard to tell her what i feel about her be cos her mother is with her every time !! how can i tell her i love her ?????

Ooh!  That would make a nice movie...Anyways, call her up and ask to go to like an old diner or something.  When your seated, AFTER your done eating (it would be awkward to tell someone you love them and then eat and act like nothing happened!) just grab her hand and tell her how you feel.  Then add a gentleman-like "I understand if you don't feel the same way... but I hope we can still be friends"
