How can i make it impossible for my computer to go to chat room sites?

ohhkay..i want to be able to make it VERY hard for my computer to go to websites like gaiaonline,facebook,myspace, and myzombiefriends. but i cant find out where to edit my internet settings!!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!

In your control panel you should be able to block these or in your Internet options under security.  You can also set each desktop name to a certain setting.  Go through your control panel which might be right on your start button.  And if not go to Internet options and you can list the sites under blocked sites.
