Get a portable deep fat fryer and set it up on the floor of the bus next to you.  Maybe Sharper Image sells one that can plug into your cigarette lighter.  Then, get out your container of pre-cut chicken breast chunks and lower each one carefully into the fryer.  Careful of any grease spatters and speed bumps!  Allow the chicken to fry for approximately 5-7 minutes.  Line a serving platter with two layers of paper towels and set it on the dashboard.  Using a wire skimming ladle, remove the chicken nuggets from the fryer and place them on the platter to cool.  They should be crispy and ready to eat in a few minutes!
