im 14 and im looking to buy a laptop, cause my computer just isnt cutting it. I dont want to ask my parents, so i need a way to gather up about 600-700 bucks. help please? thanks. :]

For 14 year olds, a job maybe? Although you may be a few years too young. So as the above said, babysitting.
