with a budget cut this year, school fees have been hiking up. i probably need about $100 to pay off my fees (class fees, library fees, music fees, etc.). my mom lost her job a year ago so things have been a little tight and i don't want to ask my parents for money. i don't think my family qualify for a wavier either since my dad's working over-time and we're since a middle-class family.

i can't get a job since i don't have time in my schedule. is there any way for a 10th grader student to make money without a job? i don't have any talents that anybody needs.

what can i do to make money?

  1. There are plenty of jobs out there that cater to high school students with little time. If you are 16 you can get a job as a waitress (provided the restaurant does not serve alcohol). These shifts are generally 2-4 hrs long and you can work 1 or 2 days a week or on Sundays. Good money can be made on Sundays if you work in a breakfast orientated restaurant (i.e. Denny's, Cracker Barrel or Bob Evans) These places get the church crowds and are very busy in the morning. You can walk out with up to $150 a shift sometimes more sometimes less

    Hope this helps

    Good Luck
