How can i make my Pokemon Diamond work on No$Gba 2.6?

I downloaded No$gba 2.6 emulator and pokemon diamond rom with many guids on youtube....but when i open it, it says "please turn of the power and reinsert the DS game card". please help me.

    RESET/STARTUP ENTRY POINT:START CARTDGIGE DIRECTLY

    VIDEO OUTPUT:24 BIT TRUE COLOUR

    GBA MODE :VGA(POPPY BRIGHT)

    GBA CARTRIDGE BACKUP MEDIA: FLASH 64K PANASONIC

    NDS CARTIDGE BACKUP MEDIA:FLASH 512KBYTES

    SOLAR SENSOR LEVEL:DARKNESS

    SOUND OUTPUT MODE : DIGITAL MONO(FAST)

    SOUND DESIRED : LOW

    MULTIBOOT:NONE

    MULTIBOOT:SLOW/FAST
