    Legs: run around your neighborhood and do leg lifts

  3. You can make your legs thinner by exercising them (not just runnig).

    Not sure about arms, but you can exercise in general AND train your arms so you decrease the level of fat in general, and increase the level of muscles in your arms.

  9. legs/arms: swim laps in pool for 2-3 hours 3 times a week. this will giv u slim attractive muscles.

    arms: put arms out and shoulder height.contract muscles and have hands cupped towards celing. rotate forward and backward. this will slim down bulk and get rid of arm flab. do this ALOTTTA LOT!!!

    legs: stretch them out everyday. it may seem weird, but stretchin makes you slimmer.
