  1. You might find some of the things in his paintings and etchings and bring in 3d versions of them.  He was, for example, big on hats.  You might scroll through this gallery http://www.abcgallery.com/R/rembrandt/re... and then see if you can find novelty versions of his various tophats, turbans and helmets.

Or, easier and better, you might bring in some things that represent the Dutch Golden Age (the century Rembrandt lived in).  During his life the Netherlands was a boom town and it led to some odd things - like a tulip bubble http://www.damninteresting.com/?p=469 (kind of like our dot com disaster of the 90s) - so you might present your audience with tulips - letting them know that in Holland during Rembrandt's time many of these flowers were more expensive than his paintings.

Also, it's always popular to bring in food.  This article ( http://www.bosnian-pyramid.com/forum/vie... ) includes a discussion of what he would have been eating.  Bonus if you can find a painting or etching from him that has food in it.

Finally, you might slip in some of these silly photoshopped images of his paintings.  For example: The Feast of Belshazzar repurposed with Al Gore regarding our planet or a Muppet version of Tulp's anatomy lesson.  http://www.freakingnews.com/Rembrandt-Pa...

    Cheers
